二 | 7月25日乒超联赛，张煜东2-1爆冷击败王楚钦后，一段赛前训练录音被截取传播，网友认为他在故意针对王楚钦，引起很大争议。张煜东发布声明：“赛前训练的录音的训练视频，我是在跟我们小队员指导一些心理战术，抱着希望他能打出一些气势的目的，备战他的对手周启豪，所有都不是说的王楚钦！我的队友与教练全部都可以作证！我从不做什么解释，男人敢做敢当，我做了我会立刻承认，但是我必须再次声明一下那段录音的对象，不是楚钦！我的出发点不管怎么样，但是由于那些词汇，我的一些口头禅，也造成了不好的影响，对于这些影响，我在此道歉。    (ECNS)-- China has launched its first large-scale project to recycle and reuse retired wind turbines in Jiuquan, Gansu Province, according to China Resources Recycling Group on Monday.    The project involves refurbishing 25 wind turbines that have been in operation for more than 15 years. It aims to fill a gap in China’s high-value recycling and reuse of large-scale wind power equipment.        Engineers are testing key components, including generators, gearboxes and towers, and repairing and upgrading them using independently developed technologies. The refurbished turbines have shown significantly improved performance, with some core components performing close to the level of brand-new products. They can be reused at small local power stations and for industrial power supply.    Traditionally, retired wind turbines are either sent to landfills or incinerated.
