一 | (ECNS)-- China has launched its first large-scale project to recycle and reuse retired wind turbines in Jiuquan, Gansu Province, according to China Resources Recycling Group on Monday. The project involves refurbishing 25 wind turbines that have been in operation for more than 15 years. It aims to fill a gap in China’s high-value recycling and reuse of large-scale wind power equipment. Engineers are testing key components, including generators, gearboxes and towers, and repairing and upgrading them using independently developed technologies. The refurbished turbines have shown significantly improved performance, with some core components performing close to the level of brand-new products. They can be reused at small local power stations and for industrial power supply. Traditionally, retired wind turbines are either sent to landfills or incinerated. The new project increases the material reuse rate of wind turbines from 30% to 70%, helping reduce pollution and save land, according to project manager Jiang Dong. 二 | 　　宁波8月24日电 (张斌邵达宋兵)8月23日，大型甲醇双燃料集装箱船“中远海运天秤座”轮在浙江宁波舟山港梅山港区完成约5500吨绿色甲醇燃料加注作业，创下浙江省船对船绿色甲醇燃料加注规模新纪录。　　完成加注作业的是一艘叫“中燃绿能85”轮的“海上加油站”。8月23日，“中燃绿能85”轮对集装箱船“中远海运天秤座”轮进行绿色甲醇燃料加注作业(无人机拍摄)。宁波交通港航供图　　在全球航运碳中和转型背景下，推进清洁能源替代传统船用燃料是航运产业升级的重要方向。绿色甲醇具有安全性能良好、船舶适配性强、低碳效益突出等优势。而宁波舟山港给远洋大船加注绿色甲醇燃料的历程，也就一年多。　　2025年9月29日，在宁波舟山港，7 辆专业甲醇运输槽罐车依次抵达码头，依托全套防爆加注橇装设备，给“中远海运天秤座”轮加注230吨甲醇燃料。　　今年4月22日，浙江省首单船对船绿色甲醇燃料加注业务落地宁波舟山港梅山港区。这次加注，采用改造船“大庆268”轮，同样是给“中远海运天秤座”轮加注，一共503吨，比此前的槽罐车模式快近6个小时。　　今年7月31日，专业化的“中燃绿能85”轮投运，陆续完成973吨普通甲醇和近5500吨绿色甲醇两批次大规模作业。这意味着，宁波舟山港甲醇燃料加注业务从示范试点迈入常态化、专业化运营新阶段，实现“三级跳”。　　据了解，“中燃绿能85”轮总投资超过1亿元，货舱用的是耐腐蚀双相不锈钢，既可沿海开展危化品运输，也可全天候开展船舶甲醇加注作业。　　今年8月16日，在上海港绿华山锚地，甲醇加注船“海港致远”轮一次性为大型甲醇双燃料集装箱船“达飞欧斯米姆”轮加注8016吨国产绿色甲醇，刷新全球绿色甲醇单次加注量最高纪录。　　不同于锚地作业模式，宁波舟山港8月23日实现了码头靠泊状态下的船对船加注。
